Will it work with our existing web site?

  • Yes, you just need to add an order page and some hidden fields.
    The shopping cart does not use any programming on your web site. All you need to add are form pages to your web site.

Can I have my web site hosted anywhere?

  • No, not that we know of. net10 is the only secure transaction system with full automation. Completely safe. All the vender needs to do is fulfill their orders. All software and programming are done by net10

Do I need a merchant account with a bank?

  • Yes and no. If you sign up with our Plan #1 we do it all for you. Your web site is completely automated. Once a week your money will be electronically transfer to your bank account. With Plan #1 you have a  merchant account supplied by net10. Plan #2 and #3 require a merchant account with a bank. Plan #1 does require a contract with net10

How do I become a credit card merchant?

  • Any commercial bank can set you up. net10 has a bank in Northern California that will help you. They know all about us and will answer all your questions. Please see the requirements page for more instruction.

How many of our products can we sell on our web site?

  • There is no limit to the number of products you can sell.

What type of products can we sell on our web site?

  • Any type of product that is legal in the USA may be sold on your web site. net10 does not allow any type of sexually explicit materials.

What if we have software or downloadable goods to sell?

  • net10's shopping cart was built to handle all your needs. It will allow download of any type of electronic goods once the credit card has been approved. You may have different types of goods for different computer platforms and time based material. The files may be HTML, GIF, JPG, WORD DOCs, IBM FILES, MAC FILES, ACROBAT

What if the products we sell are custom order and can't ship within 24 hrs?

  • No problem. We will setup your order form to check the credit card to verify it is a validated card. The order will be placed. Once the order is ready, to ship you need to go to a special address with your web browser and select the client's name from your list of pending orders. Select the customer's name and press the charge to button and the credit card will be charged the amount of the sale. ( By law you may not charge a credit card until the order is ready to ship).

What about shipping charges and sales tax?

  • No problem again. You set up your order form to charge tax only in the states where you have an office. Shipping charges are also included in the hidden fields of your order pages .
    Custom shipping needs are fully customizable. (see explanation)
  • You are responsible for all sales taxes.

What if I have a section of my web site I want people to pay for?

  • This is very easy. The customer would go through the credit card section and then be sent to your secure web site. This could be time based for how long they can view the secure site.
